I cannot see the Chorus Rehearsal Aids on the website – please help?

    Select “Composers” from the main menu, then choose the composer of the work you wish to practice.
    A list of all the Chorus Rehearsal Aids available for that composer is then displayed, with a link to the specific voices – SATB – for each work.

I cannot hear the Chorus Rehearsal Aids on the website – please help?

    Please ensure:

      That the sound is working correctly on your device.
      That the volume is turned up on the Chord Perfect player.
      That you have pressed “play” on the Chord Perfect player.
      That you are using an up-to-date web browser.
      That you are not visiting the Chord Perfect website via a proxy.
      That your internet connection is working.
      Please contact us at info@chordperfect.com if you continue to experience problems.

How do I pay for my “Master Class” Chorus Rehearsal Aids?

    Three payment options are available beneath every Chorus Rehearsal Aid.

    If you wish to make your purchase via chordperfect.com, and receive additional Full Voice and Instrumental rehearsal Aids for free, plus a 50 Free Download Coupon, then select “Add to Cart” and follow the simple check-out process which allows you to make your payment via Paypal or credit card.

    If you wish to make your purchase via either iTunes or Google Play, then follow the links also provided.

I am unable to complete the checkout process – please help?

    Please contact us at info@chordperfect.com outlining the problems you are experiencing and we will look into the problem and get back to you straight away.

I have not received my order email – please help?

    Please check that your Chord Perfect account email address details are correct.

    Please check your **spam** filter settings and directory to ensure our emails are not being intercepted.

    If you have still not received an email confirming your order, please contact us at info@chordperfect.com providing the order number (all your completed orders can be found under “MyAccount”) and the product you purchased and we will look into the matter and get back to you straight away.

I cannot see my order on chordperfect.com?

    Log in to your Chord Perfect Account.
    Select “MyAccount” from the main menu.
    Select “Orders” and your most recent orders are then displayed.
    To access any particular order, click the associated “view” icon.
    Details of the order, including access to the downloadable rehearsal aids, are then displayed.

I am unable to download my “Master Class” Chorus Rehearsal Aids – please help?

    On completion of your order, an email is sent to the email account you provided containing a list of links to all the downloadable Chorus Rehearsal Aids within the “Master Class” rehearsal pack[s] you purchased.
    You can download the Chorus Rehearsal Aids from within this email.

    If you encounter any problems with this method, you can also download the Chorus Rehearsal Aids directly from the Chord Perfect website:

      Log in to your Chord Perfect Account.
      Select “MyAccount” from the main menu.
      Select “Downloads” and all your rehearsal aids are then displayed.

How do I add my rehearsal aids to my iTunes?

    To add your downloaded music to iTunes:

      On your PC or laptop, open the iTunes app.
      Select Add File to Library from the menu.
      Browse to the file or location where you saved the downloaded rehearsal aids (e.g. your default “Downloads” folder, “Your Music,” your “Desktop”).
      Select each track you want to add and confirm.

How do I use my discount coupon?

    To use your Free Download Coupon, just go through the standard purchase/check out process, adding the “Master Class” Chorus Rehearsal aid of your choice [which matches the coupon] to the Chord Perfect shop cart.

    When viewing your cart, simply add the coupon code using the field provided and click “apply coupon” – the discount is automatically applied, and now, when you complete the checkout, you can download the audio files for free.

Do you provide video rehearsal aids?

    Yes we do.
    All our chorus rehearsal aids are available on youtube, and can be found here.

How are Chord Perfect’s chorus rehearsal aids recorded?

    We record our professional choristers within a state-of-the-art studio environment.
